Although not an FRRL-sponsored event, the annual
Wheaton Community Radio Amateur's Mid-Winter Hamfest enjoys the enthusiastic partipation of many of the FRRL members. The FRRL hosts a table to sign up new members, sell FRRL hamfest tickets and provide an FRRL presence. Several of the FRRL club members are also members of the WCRA and this first local hamfest of the year continues to be a popular social event.
